I am in the market for a crawler but still have to decide which one. So I am surfing a lot to collect info. I was on Great Hobbies site and discovered their description of the Wraith RTR includes a short list of parts required to complete but the Wraith KIT did not.
Wednesday I e-mailed them asking why this was. Today, Friday I received an e-mail from Jamie Smitheram @ Great Hobbies apologizing for the omission and letting me know the situation has been rectified. Low and behold if you visit their site now a list of required and optional parts is listed.
I should add I have zero affiliation with Great Hobbies except I will likely be a future customer.

Re: Super Service
Andy, I like the personal type service I get at Great Hobbies Edmonton. I often e-mail a tool here, a package of hardware there, etc. to PEI. When at Edmonton location, they have the current list, ussually set aside. Now I don't even have to remember the "list" that usually gets left on the build bench.
FishFly - FunFly, Sept 11-13. Great fun!
Trout Farm Flyers. Life is good.
