Have a look at the Eflite Apprentice. A non flyer her joined our group, used a buddy box, and was flying the Aprentice on his own after 4-5 flights. Our instructor stayed with him as a coach for landings, but he had the basics in no time. It a great flyer.
All the planes you have can be converted to electric, some easier than others. First you need to learn the basics of electric flight, then how to calculate power systems, then plane mods. In the meantime, get the flying done to a level where the risks have gone down. otherwise, as others here suggested, carnage will result.
