Re: SuperCub elevator travel

If you mean that you want more throw move the pushrod at the elevator closer to the control surface or farther out on the servo control horn. Don't forget this is a trainer so throws should not be too extreme plus this air craft is not a power house and meant for only very mild arobatics.

Re: SuperCub elevator travel

Don't necessarily want more travel, just that the factory travel seems very little.

I did see on another forum that travel either up or down should be around 7/16" of and inch from center...does that sound about right?

Re: SuperCub elevator travel

You can do loops with the default throws. They're plenty good, at least for newbies like me

Re: SuperCub elevator travel

7/16" should be lots up and down. In the air, movements as smal as 1/16th" will change the planes flight levels. This is not a 3D plane, and huge travel is not required. The 7/16" travel should be on high rates too, low rate would be 5/16 or so. fwiw flytwice
