I'm not sure how new this idea is for hobby use and affordability but I can imagine a number of outputs like pilots and cockpit displays etc etc.

Neat. If they can scale that up just a little bigger, imagine being able to carve a 3D wing or fuselage out of foam. That would be really cool!
