Thanks for the advise all. I applied a more fresh thin CA into the wick holes I made as recommended. The ailersons are not coming apart. Also used the supplied CA tabs in the elevator and rudder. Since the thin CA bottle is new it obsorbed very quickly. I too have been using CA hinges since I have been flying planes (about 4 years now). Never had any issues, and since this is a park flier I figured the tabs will suffice. I am sure if I ever had a problem it wouldn't be as drastic as all 4 tabs falling simultaneously.
