They are the coolest looking little engines aren't they? Every time I see one I end up buying it. It's hard to find one complete like yours Bill, with the tank and the prop. Good find!

Mmmm... Peggy Lee... She did some great stuff during her career.

Firebaby, John? Fireball took 19 to 35 engines IIRC. My Cub was first mounted on a Firebaby; all sound, not much fury. Worse yet, if you changed the pitch one too many times on that aluminum prop, suddenly a blade would break off; ask me how I know...

Yes! You are correct Tlyttle. Firebaby and it had an unmentionable balloon for a fuel tank.

Geez, a thrown metal blade with a passing resemblance to a throwing knife. Must have been interesting.

I nearly drowned trying to retrieve a free flight 020 model. Don't know how we survived such foolishness?
