i did not have the manual or program for the controller. went online and found software that worked with my controller, paid a $2 fee and changed the settings in about 20 minutes. thanks alot for the help gents. if anyone is wondering the software was called digital radio

Servo direction is a function of the internal control board and pot that reads the output shaft position. You can change the direction by working with the internals, but you really have to know what you are doing. The HS-65 is a very good servo and one you really don't want to muck up if it can be avoided.

Unfortunately it sounds like the servo direction is opposite to what you had before or you plugged them into the wrong channels. Try swapping the plugs on the two front servos and see what happens. If the rear servo is operating correctly I assume then the two front servos should also be the same if plugged in the right channels.
