DG 1000 retract power system

A while ago I posted about my ST Models DG1000 that I got from Tower Hobbies, and am puzzled that this powered glider does not seem to be
popular, either here, or on other forums in the US.
I am so taken with mine, that I'm going to get another for backup,
before they go extinct.
The performance, and versatility are impressive.
I flew slope yesterday and caught a good thermal, and when the lift
died, I had to land on the ice 30 ft below.
Rather than struggle down to retrieve, I waited til the breeze revived,
then throttled up; up popped the power pod, and away it went--
something impossible with a nose mounted prop.
I got some performance improvement by feathering the trailing edges,
and sealing the control surfaces.
Other than that, I cant fault anything
Does anybody know of another retract power pod RTF ?
Retract power pods are a trend in full-size soaring.
