I do Scott. I have been tuning up my hex but because I have the Naza light it doesn't do hex well in the wind so I'm waiting till I get it dialed in right then maybe go find an isolated spot and do some videos. I have the same setup as you but I need to mount my camera that records then I can get some videos on youtube. That machine of yours flies very well nice and steady.

You have one like mine? You have a Mini Quad and a Hex or is a Mini-Hex? Please share a pic or two.

Hey ggtronic.

Nice. The Valley of Fire looks like a great place to fly... really cool looking rocks.

It seems a lot of guys are going for the Tarrot 2D gimbal for the GoPro - one of the lighter ones out there these days. Lots of options if you have access to a 3d printer too.

I think it was pretty easy - a symmetrical quad will fly just fine on default settings, but playing around with the PID's you can really get it locked in. I haven't been outside very much yet as I just finished mine in December.

Re: Multirotor Pictures and Videos

Here's some pictures of my setup I basically have the same electronics as you Scott. It's a hex but with the Naza light but not near as stable as when mounted on a quad. I plan on selling the hex and making my own quads in the form of a flying saucer.

The camera gimbal is stabilized by the Naza light and works very well.

I don't see the gimbal, or the camera... I take it that it mounts underneath. Looks like quite the machine. Some power there.
