Hey guys, just throwing this out there, when changing props and tryin different ones on your large engines, make sure your prop bolts arent too long....., whne i was messin around yesterday i tried a different prop on my ZDZ 90, and took the spinner off at the same time, when i tightened the new prop on everything felt tight, had 2 other experienced guys there watchin, started motor reved a couple times and WHAM, prop flew off and sheared all 6 bolts off inside the hub, Thankfully we were all behind teh prop and no one was injured. turns out the bolts were too long with out the spinner and going from a C/F prop to a wood and they bottomed out, not allowing the prop to be tight enough, felt good, looked good but not good. Just something to keep in mind, sometimes we forget stupid little stuff that costs us BIG time.
There is no such thing as too low

Re: Just a reminder
I had the same issue trying different props. But I was lucky enough that my bolts bottomed out before they snugged up to the prop washer.
Didn't try that particular prop because i didn't have shorter bolts that day
