bad tip stall Me 109

I have a little foam Me 109 from a Czech kit, about 30" span,
powered by a Park 250, that is very close to true scale,
and is great flyer except for a nasty tip stall-unless flown fast.
A glide is out of the question for landing, I have to dive and
pull out at the last minute.
It has lots of washout in the wings, is not tail heavy,
the wing and stab are both zero degrees incidence.
I have fixed this problem with other models, by drastic weight reduction,
but there's nothing to take out of the 109
