True. I have two packages having being sent back to Hong Kong by the Canadian Customs due to "inadequate sender's info." One contains some foamie airframes and the other has some lipo packs. My shipper has not been able to get the retured packages until this day. So they are as good as lost.

In another case, I imported some blank EPP sheets for making and repairing EPP model planes. It costed me a little over $40 but the Customs thinks it's worth more than $400 for some reason. I appealed and they demanded a proof from me. So, the invoice from my supplier didn't seem to be good enough. The Customs wanted to see my banking transctions? I pay my supplier once a month, and therefore the transaction records won't be able to show the amount I paid for those EPP sheets. In the end, I just had to forget about the whole thing and move on.
