Can't believe how anxious I am to get started on it. Haven't built a kit in years. Have 2 arfs/purchased planes to finish up but hope to be working on it this weekend. If it ever gets here

Re: New project AMR 30cc stick

Couldn't resist taking just a little peek in the box. Looks like a really nice complete manual. The laser cutting is amazingly clean and the hardware seems to all be quality stuff. Just have to decide if i want the newer style tail or the more traditional rounded tail as it comes with all the parts for both. Looks like it will be a very enjoyable build as the design looks well thought out and almost idiot proof (we'll see). Don't think I'll worry too much about lightening anything (sorry Trev) as the plane is supposed to fly quite light as it is and the PTE 36 is making good power so far. Had to close it back up and put it in the corner until I finish my other 2 projects but it wasn't easy.

Re: New project AMR 30cc stick

Hoping to finish Eric's Edge tomorrow. Got everything butthe engine and cowl done today. Then have to do the super decathlon radio and engine install. Then I'll be going at it whenever I'm not flying. Hoping to start Tuesday or Wednesday.

What glue did you find best for doing sheeting. Tail surfaces are like a jigsaw puzzle and I don't want all the seams to be hard to sand.
