Saito 150 Throttle guide bolt broken

Is there any one out there who can remove a broken throttle guide bolt?
I had trouble a couple weeks back when the throttle would not return to idle and I had to land pretty hot, I found the throttle binding and not returning to idle consistently.
When I removed the bolt I found it was broken and half is left in the hole.
As the pictures show the pin is missing from the end and stuck in the hole.
Any Ideas would help Thanks

Re: Saito 150 Throttle guide bolt broken

If you know someone with a machine shop they may be able to help. Personally it would begin with a starting drill, then finish with one just inside the thread diameter of the bolt. Everything would have to be held in a fixture to ensure proper alignment.

Once that is done the barrel should come out. Final would be running a tap through the hole. If done correctly the remaining thread should wind inwards and can be removed with the original threads intact.
I know there's money in aviation........I put it there!
