I have a JTM T45 and I need to replace the thrust tube..I have read on line about mylar being pretty good.

Any other thoughts on what makes a good thrust tube?

Re: Thrust tube

Bill, what kind of glue will stick to Mylar. What a bout if it was wrapped in carbon fiber twine. I have some and would make it really rigid especially around the end that we were having issues with. I only thought of after we spoke this after noon. Lol.... There would be no collapsing issues. Man I can't wait to see it go!!!!!
