How to move intake port on Saito 180

I have a new Saito 180 and the fuel intake port (where you plug the fuel line from the gas tank into) is pointng forward towards the engine block and doesn't allow enough room to plug the fuel line into it. I needed to rotate this 180deg so that I can attach the line. The only way I can find to do this is to use needlenose pliers to grab the nut and loosen it - the Saito wrench supplied is not open end and any wrench that I have(of which I have many!) is not slim enough to grab onto the nut. Has anyone had the same issues with adjusting the intake port on Saitos and have you found an easy way to do this?

It's not hard to do Andy but it is hard to explain. Bring it over if you like and I'll show you what to do and provide the tools.

Love that engine and I have one in a 1/4 scale Taylorcraft.

Re: How to move intake port on Saito 180

Thanks for the invite Bill, I'll probably do that sometime soon. I noticed that the spring clip that provides the tension on the high speed adjust is a little different than my other Saitos, making it more difficult to get to. I did get it rotated around the right way but it took a small pair of needle nose pliers to do it. I put it in my heavy Sportster to break it in so I'm now at the stage of breaking it in and tuning it properly.
I bought my first 4 stroke last year and now I have 6 of them, a 72, 82, two 91's, a 1.20 and 1.80. I'm still learning about these motors, I've read all the info online but it would be a great help to learn from someone that has been around these for a while.
Maybe I'll send you a note soon and drop by. I'm sure I could pick up a lot of tips from someone like you.
