Ontario DX6I - Tx / Rx to a Dynam ESC ----problems

Im a newbie at this RC stuff, only been at it for a few months.
Well I started out with a Dynam 182 Cessna trainer, its just a cheapy begginner setup and I just started to have radio issues, so I purchased a new Spectrum DX6I with an AR6210 receiver.
The radio binds with the receiver with no problems but the Dynam ESC just keeps beeping rapidly and no control is ever established. Is it possible the spektrum receiver just won't communicate with the Dynam ESC? Should I just upgrade my ESC as well?

Sounds like it's not arming. Try lowering the throttle trim to the bottom. If that doesn't work, try lowering the throttle endpoint towards the 125% mark. When it does arm, it will stop beeping. Do all this with no prop on it for safety. Also rebind the rcvr when you get it working.

check you throttle range. You may have to either reverse the throttle channel or you may have to check the low throttle set point to ensure it is all the way at the lowest point (No trim appled etc.). Theother thought would be to try to plug the esc in with the throttle stick at mid point some will not arm if its in the low point to start need to be above it and then drop to the low point to have the esc arm.

Futaba radio needs to have throttle channel reversed, but not Spektrum. Another thought, some ESCs need to have the throttle stick at the top before you turn on the trans in order for it to calibrate. Once you hear it beep, return to low throttle to start.

Throttle range adjustment was the fix. As soon as I readjusted the throttle range to 125%. Then kept the throttle stick in low position all armed and worked great.
Thanks guys for all the input and help.
