I sure hope you guys are getting as much fun flying as I am. I just wished I had found out about this gliding years ago and they had brought out the Radian sooner. I just go out the door and toss it up, no fueling and glow igniters or dameged fingers. It's pure pleaser now. Thanks. Al

Re: Flying My Radian

Good for you Al, they are a ton of fun. A good friend of mine said the other day that if he could only have one would be a glider.
He had a 55min flight the other day on one electric climbout, thermals were good.

Re: Flying My Radian

I've had gliders now for just a couple of years and they're my favourite planes. Today I got into a thermal and was joined by an eagle, we have a bunch of Bald eagles on the marshes here, he just circled around in the thermal with me for a few minutes and then moved on. Awesome.

Re: Flying My Radian

I'm glade it's not just me. The other day I Had so much lift I could not beleive it. As I circled it just kept climbing, and when it got to high I would bring it back down then up she would go again. I did this till I got tired and had to land. What a rush, to think what those gas pilots are missing. Oh well I sure want to thank Ron Roy for fixing my first Radian then coming out and showing me how to fly it right. It is still flying. Al
