Toronto / GTA Indoor

Hi Folks,

It's that time of the year again and I was wondering if there is any appetite for a Toronto / GTA indoor funfly... If so what location would be best for everyone.

The reason I ask is because I was thinking of taking RC into the next level.....(Maybe Skydone )

Re: Toronto / GTA Indoor

Skydome / Roger's Center / whatever-the-heck they call it now... would be fun! Though the HVAC system might knock the vapours around a bit .

We did a BMO Centre (London) indoor back in the spring and had a great time. It was pricey at $20 / head for 2 hours. Hard to get any momentum on that

If you do wind up having an indoor fun fly be sure to advertise and let us all know. It'd be fun to check out.

Re: Toronto / GTA Indoor

Many of the clubs in the GTA have thier own winter programs, plus there's a couple of major indoor events (golf or soccer domes). Getting the SkyDone would be wonderful but I figure that the cost would be major-league or the hours available would be wrong.

All I can suggest is start the leg-work and see what the baisc price, safety requirements and available hours are. Don't forget to ask about their insurance requirements. You may wind up having to make this a MAAC sanctioned event through a club in order to get the necessary insurance coverage.

Skydome would be an awesome venue!

I would be in just to say that i've done it!

I know of 1 or 2 others that would do it as well, if the hours weren't ridiculous.....
