Super Tigre G0 carb issues.

I recently acquired a new carb for my G90. It seems to be in excellent condition. However, when I insert the needle valve assembly and tighten it down, the throttle body movement becomes very difficult. I think it will be too hard for the servo to move.
When I check the parts breakdown, it does not show a gasket or anything there, so assembly seems to be correct. Any ideas about why this is occurring or a potential solution???

Probably a bent spray bar, quite common with these engines. If it is not too bad sometimes you can use a file to stop the dragging.
