Is your 5mm fan adapter too tight?

Had a couple 5mm adapters that were too tight recently. I ended up making a perfect reamer with an old 5mm trex 450 size main helicopter shaft. Simply grind two fine slots at the end (12 and 6 oclock) using a dremel disc cutting wheel. Grind the two slots lengthwise. The hardened shaft will cut away the aluminum to the 5mm shaft size. I sanded the edges slightly with emery paper to make sure they wouldn't cut away too much too fast.

As far as making loose adapters tighter well that is another story...
Zen thinking * It's rebuildable till it fits back in the box. **
