Welch plug sealer or glue?

I've had to remove the welch plugs from my Walbro carb to clean the high speed passage ways. I am ready to put in the new welch plugs, do they need some sort of sealer or glue to hold them in place or is it just a pressure fit? I have read about people using nail polish, CA and other things to seal them. What works best?

Re: Welch plug sealer or glue?
No need to use anyrhing. As long as you didn't damage the seats taking them out. Just drop them in the holes and hit them with a flat faced punch to flatten them out. If you use anything it's liable to get in the metered holes and make matters worse.
Tried for my kamikazi pilots licence. Flunked the test.
