I agree with PB on virtaully everything...however I have no experience with the imex tires as he suggests..but his truck did perform well on the weekend, so i would say let the budget decide that particular purchase..

The guys are right about the cross border can be more expensive when you add a $35 broker fee for fedex or ups to bring your stuff across the border...

As for a pipe..I have heard very good things about Golden Horizons (GH)(and they are Canadian) and their dual chamber pipe for the savage..I am considering it shortly..but the ribbed pipe is good..just freekin loud...

I would have a look around at the local hobby shops..make all you price conversions, then add shipping, and I'll bet you can get most of that stuff within a dolar or two at the local shops..remember, without the local guys, it gets harder for us to be in the hobby...and you can't beet same day instant it and build it...

i also don't like way savage to wheelie when i jab the throtle. so i will get a 16t cb like spond. will this help wth the nrew pipe on it? thank you guys for your help. i hope to be a major force next year wheni get some new servos and a fm radio(hitec agressor the cheapest aroung)

Don't bother with hpi or proline rim's,they spin out easily. Try Hot bodies or stock tmaxx rim's the're very durable

these are the q6's not the gt5's and the stock gt5's are still pretty good

most of the shops around me are brutal for rims and tires. pinnacle hobby want about 40 for four imex rims. teh brakes are ok price there and the pipe 54. my lhs pickering hobby is also pretty pricy so i only buy the cheap stuff there
