Messed up CVDs

I keep losing the pin out of my CVDs! I lost 2 this weekend. The little black screw is stripped of something, so it doesn't go very tight, and it won't come out so I can replace it. I've taped the pin in and that was a good temporary fix, but the tape wears out. Does any one know how to get stripped screws out?

after you get it all back together, cover the cvd where the pins go with shrink wrap. this will keep the pins in even if the set screw comes loose

Thanks. I've heard about the shrink wrap thing, where do you get it done, or how do you do it yourself?

you can do it your self... just go to canadian tire and pick up some heat shrink tubing of the right size and use a hair dryer to shrink it to size... also what i did with my dynamite cvd's is the pin has a little flat spot where the set screw sits so before i put in the second set screw i flatspatted the pin on the other side as well... i used to blow dogbones on a daily basis but have had no problems since i got the dynamite cvd's... i hope you have either the dynamite or the Hot bodies hd ones... they are threaded on both sides so you can put the second set crew in... if you payed all that extra$$$ and got MIP's your SOL...
