I've seen filters with too much oil or soaked in fuel ....preventing the engine from getting air.
To finish first....first ya gotta finish!

ok, it was running hot,, i spit on the motor and it sizzled, i mean sizzled,, so i tryed to richen it up, a little and i got about 6 minutes on it before it wanted to cut out,, but a big difference,,,, can somebody please explain what thhe exact function of the lsn and hsn is,,, so when either screws in you lean the motor,, screw either of them out and i richen the motor,, so if i screwed the hsn out 1/4 turn and the lsn in a 1/4 turn,, will the engine stay at a similar mixture,,, as before i turnsd the 2 screws 1/4 turn each,,, can sombody please link me to the little red and black tuning card,, i can`t find it...thanks

Backing out the high speed 1/4 turn and putting the low speed in 1/4 turn will give you an idle that is higher and once you hit the gas it will have a bit less power. The low speed does not affect the performance when giving it throttle.

Also take note when it is very cold out, the engin can't heat up,,,giving it less fuel is bad....
