all of offroadrc cannot go because there is already over 100 members, its a real monster truck show not an rc demonstration, the time is limited in which you can run on the skydome floor,, the guys who go put on a form of entertainment for the fans and at the same time promote the hobby.

I missed the '04 show due to my shoulder and the '05 due to the season being a pain (over booked with work). I do have photos of the '03 pit party, have a shot with Roger in it. Plus the real Grave Digger with a mini version on it's front tire. (Which was a pain because everyone that saw us put it UP there, wanted their photos taken with both. I got miffed at that because the driver of GD told us to HURRY UP.)

Not sure if anyone wants to see those old photos, I have them (almost 100 of them). I haven't even white balanced them, so if someone wants some, let me know.

Looks like everyone wore the same T-shirt in the photos? I remember in '03 they were not happy with not being able to see the racers (because of visibility issues with dust/dirt during track rebuild, they made the RC drivers wear reflective vests).

Oh yeah, and who forgot ear plugs? Quiet aren't they?

What trucks were there this time?

Gramps.

Glad to see you all had fun. I'll never forget last years show. My buggy flew off a jump and took out one of the wooden steaks holding the flags down!!! And it kept going!!! Wish I could have gone, but we need to make room for others that haven't been yet. Not to metion the MHZ issue too.

See some of you at Gamers Lair on Tuesday!!!

Yup me too. that was a total pannic Our last run on Sunday was insane ,there was mt's and buggys flying in all directions off of Mt Everest(18 foot high dirt jump).
JakFrost wins the " I don't care about my buggy ,I'm going for it "award. The steel motocross ramp claimed 1 buggy and at least 8 mts
I left the Skydome with three broken trucks and a big smile

A BIG THANX to Roger @ Johns hobbies for a awsome RC weekend

I must say it WAS a riot. The last run on sunday was crazy, Chewy can a mere few feet short of clearing the motorcross jump......then there was the 1/4 scale under the stands.....but we won't talk about that
