I know you can buy matched batteries that have similar technical caracteristics. But once you use them, they (can) become unmatched.
What I'd like to know is
(1) How to keep them matched ? Is it just a matter of discharging them to a given voltage (0.9) and then charge them or there is a matching process using a special tool (matcher and/or conditioner) ?
(2) Is there suggested tips between the careless usage of batteries and the other extrem of keeping them matched all the time (if it is ever possible) ?
(3) What are the effects of unmatched batteries ?
(4) Can a novice or intermediate racer notice the difference or you need to be a pro ?
Thanks for your help !
