Angry Servos??

Remove this ad - become a site supporter!
I need to replace the steering servo in my savage, what would be a good replacement servo. Busted a gear inside the original today. Had a new BLueBird 630 for my racer im building went to try that one and it didnt work
Got it installed went to test it turn one way but on its way back it moved a little then gigled then got real hot and died.

So I got to buy 2 one for the basher and one for the racer. Any suggestions??? Oh a quick reply I want to order tonight!!!
Savage .26 MACH - forsale make me an offer

KO 2173 or KO 2174. Not one complaint about those servos!

Airtronics, Futaba or KO
Depending on what you want to spend or how well you want it to steer.

From Airtronics the 94358Z,94359Z or 94360Z Futaba S9350,S9351 or S9451
From KO Analog 2173, 2174 or Digital PDS-2343, PDS-2344

These are great servos. Could be more than you want to spend though.

don't laugh but gws makes a kick ass metal gear servo for mosnter trucks for like $80 new. it has crazy torque and decent speed. I needed a servo last year for my savage and that was all they had so I grabbed it and was pleasantly surprised.

personally my favourite steering servo for buggy or truck is a futaba 9402 but I just like futaba servos best.
