Yup, for once I'll agree with Mugenman. Have them right down in the description "Toy Car" there is NO DUTY ON TOY CARS as per the NAFTA agrement.

That and shipped with USPS (the ONLY way to have things shipped from the US) and you will hardly ever get charged anything! I think with the last 5 shipments I've had, which have varried from parts to cars and everything in between I've only gotten charged... umm $0 dollars.

"Can you please ship via USPS and mark in the description 'Toy Car'?" Yes? Okay I'll buy it. No? well no thank you then.

I've been in the R/C hobby for many years, I started with planes as a kid. I only just got into the trucks this year. a long time back I went to the Toledo hobby show with some budies, we found then at the border in person because they pulled out the book. It's what you call it and If I remember correctly If you put it as R/C kits and accessories there's no duty. having said that any one of these guys can look at it and say It's not labeled correctly and change it to what ever he thinks is right. don't do the gift thing if they see it coming from a common source they know better and hit you up. just have it labeled better.
