Factory is always really rich.. and if you return it to those settings, usually you will have bad performance..
What is happening when you drive the truck?? how is it performing, what is it doing etc..
The kicker now is that the high speed needle will effect the low speed, so you have kinda tuned in reverse, I would lean it out top end, and then give the low end another go, keep in mind that you should be able to tune it in around one tank, and also keep in mind that with the tank you have, you are getting a half tank leaning issue, so as the tank gets below half, the motor starts to lean out.. so you have to compensate for that.
I would get it warm (not hot) fill the tank, and work the high speed for two to three min.. then because the picco is so finiky, you have to shut it off and let it cool down.. give it 5, then crank it up, make sure the high end is basically the same, make sure it really screams but still has smoke, then start the low end.. basiclly tune it to the 3-5 second pinch test..
Then, let it cool, and give it a go.. with one or two cycles like that, you should be able to tune it in.. if not, bring it over wednesday.... (i think tha tis when you are comming anyway.. )
