tmaxx to emaxx

whould it be hard to convert a tmaxx to a emaxx? besides the power plant/batterys/speed controller what is diffrent between the two?

i was thinking of making a brushless emaxx for summer/winter bashing

i don't think it would be very hard...the only difference is the drive and the chassis. people do LST conversions to electric...Just make new mounts and look at how the emaxx is constructed.

tmaxx to emaxx

Anything is possible, but wouldnt it be easier to sell/trade your tmaxx for an emaxx?? You probably wont get as much for the tmaxx to get an emaxx, but the cost and time it would take to do the conversion may actually cost you more. If you like to build (as I do) this would be a great project. If you thinking conversion is the cheapest way i suggest you do some research before starting. Just to let you know...the EMAXX is an awsome truck, and once you have one, you will kick yourself in the ass for not getting one sooner. And yes I am more of a Nitro guy, but the Emaxx stands down to no nitro truck on or off the track. Whatever you do i wish you Good Luck!!

get urself an emaxx tranny and motors.... a chunk of aluminum or nylon... and the the mill do the work..... and ur brain of course..... or buy an emaxx chassis off of ebay... all u have to do then is bolt up ur front and rear ends

it's not hard. you just need the chassis parts and tranny. the t-maxx tranny costs a fair bit tho.
