Well the Sprucewood Invitational is next month and my track is completely overgrown. I am going to change a couple of sections to make the track bigger and I want to add some more jumps. So if you have some time Saturday Morning please come out between 9-10 am to help. Please don't come after 10:00 as my gates will be closed so my dogs can run around while we are working on the track. We will work till 11:00 or 12:00 and then you can practice till 2:00pm.

Please bring shovels, rakes and weedeaters. Will need help pulling up much of the tubing so I can get in with the skid steer to make the new track changes. Will also need some help getting lumber for the raised pit lane!

Mac if you can walk and have a weed sprayer i would mix up some round up and Kill kill kill cuz it gets the roots too.
them they dont come back in a week.
we killed our last week and now they are dead dead dead.
If you do
1. make sure it is good weather for at least 24 hrs after spraying.
2. dont weed whack b4 spraying, the idea is to get the spray to the leaves and let it be absorbed by the plant to kill the roots.
3. it takes about a week to die let it die dead b4 ripping out the dead stuff to insure the roots are dead too.

we are looking for calcium for our track.
it is pricey this year but it is great for the dust and cuts down or eliminates the need for watering. it also keeps the weeds from coming back.
we spread it with a fertilizer spreader and then very lightly (very) lightly water it.
it will soak in over nite even if you dont water it.
if there are dusty areas rake the dust off first if possible.
hope your recovery is going well.
