LST Rotor start

Hey does anyone know if the LST Rotor start will work on any big block engine.

as long as it spins the correct way.. and make sure you have the right hex size.. or the right starter shaft.. but yes..

It will fit most engines. You will need to consider where you will be using it. It will not fit in a Savage application because of the confined space.

As for most apllication you will need to trim the plastic gussets of the starters backplate so you can relocate the hole on it to match your engines backplate holes.

If you are only wanting to use the hand held Spin Start to turn your Stock Roto Start Backplate, then you must re-wire the motor backwards on the Spin Start for the starter shaft to rotate counterclockwise.

The advantage of the Spin Starter over the Roto Start are
More torque to crank your engine. the motor never heats up, parts are cheaper to replace when.
