Does anyone else have some info, all I can get are pics... it looks a little retarded, especially that air filter, but if it comes rtr with that engine and pipe im all in...!!!

Its under the rtr versions not the pro so I think its rtr with this, unless this is the pro version and the rtr version they are not showing...???

Ill maybe have to change my name to hyper8man after I get one of these...lol

heres the link:

Look at the airfilter, never saw one of those before...is that supposed to be a better design or get more air....???

Hey Hyper 7, I don't think that V-Spec engine comes with it, or the Futaba radio and servos...I think it is a rolling chassis, a kit mind you. Hmmm...but maybe, just maybe I'm wrong...but that would cost a pretty penny with those included.

Think I'll hold off on the Hyper TQ Sport for now...might get that instead!

I was thinking earlier that the body was total crap. I guess things change but it looks like a Tamiya BIG WIG from back in the day...

I higly doubt that ofna would throw an O.S. engine in an RTR.. it would be one of their own first..

The RTR Hyper 8 will be out by Christmas time

The PRO Hyper 8 will not hit shelves until Spring 2006

nice looking buggy, and its about time Ho Bao upgraded fron the "7"

further info can be viewed on Neo-buggy.net, rcnitro.com, or of course OFNAS webpage

the picture HYPER 7 MAN posted IS the PRO VERSION

does the VZB come with it?, probably not, but the Hyper 7 PCR PRO came with the 8-Port Race and in Europe the HO BAO Hyper 7's can be purchased with NOVAROSSI, but remember OFNA only covers distibution in N. America. Ho Bao markets themselves in EUROPE.

So OFNA/HO BAO definitly will sell a roller PRO version w/Engine it is just a matter of getting the right part #, which is USUALLY not listed on the site.

either way we can all expect OFNA to have about 4-5 versions the public will be able to buy.
