Need help deciding
Hey guys, here is the deal, I'm debating on what I should buy...a dirt bike (4 speed manual, 2 or 4 stroke, 50cc or 80cc, i think 50 cause i don't think ill pass for my M2 yet ) or a gas buggy/truck/onroad.

i picked the rc car... since winter is coming soon, getting a dirt bike would be kinda pointless... unless u like riding in snow which isn't the most fun... anyways, u can have a blast with a larger scale rc in the snow esp if it is a offroad... so... rc... unless you're saving for something in the summer, then dirt bike... if it were me, i'd get both... LOL...

first of all...what does getting ur m2 have anything to do with getting a ditrbike.....and if ur looking at a 50-80cc dirtbike u must be young or very small....and if you are looking to get into nitro rc's...u shuld know it will cost a lot of money.....dirtbiking is a sport....and rcing is a hobby.....but if u wanna learn about engines and tuning and such, then a nitro rc would be perfect.
this is my opinion....because i have had many dirtbikes and 4 wheelers and if i started learning on an rc, i would have understood the engines a lot better. |

I understand engines, and I do have nitro, and i am asking about gas r/c, i have a gas boat too. I want to get the M2 so i can actually legally ride the bike on the street without getting it confiscated..i know ill have to make it ugly by putting fog lights and stuff on it but I don't really care

Im a bike mechanic I know for a fact that 50 and 80's are not street legal, if you are looking for some fun and to hit some trails get your self a little 125, if your looking for somting for the street get a duel sport on/offroad bike, the are a lot of fun too, and you can ride them on the street. Let me know what you are looking for i might be able to help you get a bike, I work at a Honda, Suzuki , Bombardier, dealership here in good old Belleville Ont. We sell new and used stuff, let me know if you have any questions.
