What temp should the 18s be running at?. I had it running around 200-220 yesterday up and down the street but when i took it over grass and threw leaves it ran up to 300 and started to lose power.

300 is surely too hot, but grass does that since the engine tends to overrev cause of the lack of traction... But 200-220 is just fine so you might not want to tinker with it but take it easy when driving on grass.
