Need help deciding?????????

Hey guys, I will try to keep this simple. I just got into the sport about a month ago. Started with mini lst then I needed to go bigger so got a savage 25 for backyard bashing. Now I`m already in the market for a "backup truck " incase the savage goes down. I was looking at the hellfire because I would like my second truck to be a bit faster and handle a bit better. Want something just a little different. But here is my problem. I can get a used mt2 with fresh engine from the local shop for 350cdn or I can get a monster gt le(4.60 power plant) that has been broken in (by the local shop)and heat cycled and ready to go. Only problem with that is I have my"basher "already" but that dame price seems real good. The gt is my buddies he just bought but does not want now. What to do . Hold off for hellfire throw a revo into the mix , get that little mt2 or that big gt of a basher.

Any thoughts would greatly be appreciated thanks
Savage 25, Hellfire, Mini LST, Blade cp, JR Venture 30

i have a hpi mt2 and i really like it . its really agile, and pretty fast. it is also very well balanced in the air, i jump mine all the time. its lots of fun. its an hpi so its very durable. those other prices for the other trucks are pretty tempting tho so i dunno, just thought id give my opinion on the mt2

To Each His Own

To each his own I guess. My very first nitro was the Savage 25 RTR and I didn't like it. For me it was too big, a pain to work on and tune. I sold it and bought a used MT2 SS at this website. What a difference...I absolutely love the MT2 SS . It's fast, very durable, easy to work on and tune, parts/hop-ups are readily available, and the size is just right. I also find that having a variety of RC's - on/offroad, nitro/electric, 1/18/, 1/10, and 1/8 scale is a lot more satisfying than having several vehicles of the same size.

The hellfire didn't sell well...the baja 5b (1/5th scale) is much bigger and more expensive but very's always sold out at my LHS.
Go get the MT2 and you'll love it....just my $0.02 worth....
