Tips for mounting bodies

I just got the cayanne turbo hpi body for my revo, but i have not seen it mounted on a revo before and i was wondering what i should do to make it work. Any tips or website info would be great. Thanks

Don't paint the body just yet. Set the body on top of your truck and try to center it as best as possible. Like try to line up the wheel wells with the wheels etc... or what ever looks straight. Also make sure your body is on centered. Then take a permanent marker and mark dots on the mounting posts. This way, you'll know where to drill the holes after you've painted. Then take the steps to painting the body, then drill the holes and it should line up perfectly.

is it no good to punch the holes first to make sure that you dont lose the markings?
