no sweat! I edited the post to include chargers in the topic header Something I'd like to know about too. I've got a Hot Bodies Micro Peak charger that I havn't been able to use yet. Everytime I go to use it to top up my batts it just says they're still full. Gotta make myself a discharger.

phillmassacre, your receiver can only handle 6 Volts and that is achived by connecting 5 cells in series. If you connect 8 - 1.2 Volt rechargeable baterries in an 8 cell holder the inital output after charging is 12 Volts and that would equal to a burnt receiver and you dont want that. 8 cells for a receiver pack? Where would you put it on the Savage?

In my opinion, discharging receiver packs below 3 volts is reducing your battery life, in fact some hobbyist would not discharge below 4.2 Volts. Don't over charge either as that would definitely kill batteries in no time.

1400 or the new 1600 mAH receiver packs should be enough for a rewarding day's run.

What are you trying to do with a 32 Axial on a buggy? Shoot the moon?
