Hey Guys, Gals...

I am not quite a Noob to this hobby, but now I am in a position where I need to clean my RC... Can anyone give me any tips on cleaning a nitro RC... what they use to clean it...

I like to first get rid of all the mud and dust with an air compressor. Then I take the wheels off and clean the dirt around those areas with WD40, let it drip off and then give it a good wipe down. I do the same for the inside, but take off the mud guards and fuel tank so I can clean the mud or dirt on the chassis, and around the radio tray, spray with WD40 and wipe down. If I want to get it super clean I do all the above but I take everything apart and practically rebuild it, threadlocking and such. At that point you might as well check your oils in your diffs and shocks while your at it! Or maybe not! LMAO

Have fun!
