I've heard many stories of people being hurt by R/C vehicles, but never anybody killed...

Here's another story about a person killed by a model airplane:


It's in chinese, but the pictures pretty much sum it up. The plane was flying in a field and there were people working nearby. The plane lost control and flew into a woman working there. Bored a fist sized hole in her side killing her.
