no need for the 5 port , go for a 3 port ..... 5 ports good for wide open tracks. and the 3 ports are easyer to tune.

Depending on where you run, the OS 12 TZ might not the be the best engine. If you're running on small tight tracks like FastCats in Oakville, then this engine is for you because it's got tons of torque. However, if you're running in a track like Hamilton's track in the McMaster U campus, then this engine won't do justice because of the lack of high rpm. Unless you tune your gear ratio to the engine, then it'll be fine. A very good engine it the JP Stock FX3 because it's cheap (around $270CAD), it's made in conjuction with Novarossi engines, and it revs super high and has enough torque to get you moving quick.

Or you can run the EB mods version of the Tz and kick some * hardcore. I have the Eb Mods and it ripps. My car has been keeping up and if not passing all the super mod engines that are at the gas nationals in hamilton

I know that Boy Toys can get the EBmods version and has a regular TZ in stock.
