You can use a dremel with a cut-off wheel on it to cut a slot in it, then use a flathead screwdriver to take it out. If that doesn't work, you can use a special screw extractor to get them out, it's bacicly a left thread drill bit that drills a hole, then you flip it around and use the extractor part to pull it out. I got mine from Lee Valley, it works great when the dremel method fails, or it's in a place a dremel can't get to

Sears has a Craftsman tool that will remove stripped screws. It will be a lot cheaper then Lee Valley. It works the same way as the one from lee valley

good luck

If you know what size the hole is you can take a drill, and clear it out, but you have to be careful as sh*t
