race day

There is either 2 or 3 qualifiers and the main, so you will need atleast 3 but hopefully 4 packs.

I normally charge them up the night before, that way I am not running around trying to charge them before the race.

There are 3 heats - 5 mins. each
There is 1 main race - 5 mins.

The classes are run in this order:
2wd Buggy Open
4wd Buggy Open
Turck/Truggy Open
1/18th Scale Open

If you are running in one class you will have about 20 mins. between your qualifiers.

I am using 3600mAh packs and even though they have more than enough power to run more than 1 qualifier I cycle between the 3 batteries I have. That way none of them get too hot.
