Amperage drain on esc's?

Hey, i was just wondering, im choosing between a esc with a 65A (per 5min usage) spec and a 85A (per 5 min usage) and was wondering, in theory the 85A should run cooler, but how much? If anyone knows approximatly the currect drain on a 6 cell esc please do share!

Its only a 20$ difference between the 2 escs, and really im leaning towards the 85A version (i always like a little re-assurance!), but if it is not needed, it really is a waste.

you shouldn't be looking at the amperage but the motor limit cause that will determine which one is best for you base don the motor you'll use. As a rule of thumb, add two turns to the motor limit to be on the safe side.

65A limit esc has a 14t and above limit, as for the 85A version it can use any turn of motor so i think ill take that one
