Does anyone have an explaination on the difference of these two. What are the pros and cons. I bought 2 sets for my RC10 T3 and just want to know if this will improve handling or anything else.

Dual stage foams have 2 different layers of foam.
The inner layer is stiffer, the outer is regular foam.
The outer layer allows your tire to flatten and mold to the track for traction like a regular foam. Th inner layer keeps the tire sidewall from rolling over in the turns on a high grip track.

For SID's, regular foams are usually best since the surface is usually loose. But for those days when the track is swept and watered, the dual stages will work for you.
