I went off a jump and my battery flew off. My Truck ended up into the side of a civic with the owner uttering death threats at me....cost me 2 bills to fix his car...Lesson learned.....FAIL SAFE!!!!

I could make a million but will bring up yesterday..

the track was wet, puddles everywhere.... even snow piles all over. Wolfcalibur and I worked our arses off digging drain channels and a squeegee to push water. it was a lot of work. the drains were working overtime but we managed to get all the water off the track and only 2 spots in the infield where the water was puddled in grass were remaining. as long as you stayed on the track it'd be fine....

I let Wolf take the Marder for a rip, as he's never driven a big scaler yet. he was getting the hang after a couple laps and pushing some times, then he went off sideways off the big camel jump and it came down in the middle of a big deep puddle. that was about oh a foot deep. impressive splash and cleaned some of the mud off.

it seemed fine until the throttle servo started twitching. it almost took off but we were close and I killed the engine. today I rip it down and see if the servos can be dried out and saved

side note, our rack is way up a mountain and we stayed until it was getting pretty dark (we ran the mammoth after the fg died) and we could hear, just beyond the tree line, and animal kill. sounded like a coyote getting a rabbit. rabbits scream like little kids, and it went on for quite a while.... shudder
