I don't think 1:10 or 1:8 is capable of moving with someone on it... so no, you're not transporting people. If its a 1:4/5/6, then thats a different story. But most RC hobbyists are mature enough to not ride a small child on their large scale stuff, so it shouldn't be a problem.

not but it came close, a neighbor (the only one who mids, go figure) had called the police and I had one of those "picked on in high school so Im out for revenge" peel region officers who was gonna write me a bunch of moving violation tickets. One quick call to a family friend who is a metro officer and he came by to 'inform' the PRPO of the actual law and gave him a bit of a talking to as well :P I made sure I had ran it by him first so even when the PRPO did show up I was informed, I just didnt wat to have to skip a day off work to fight it, making the call to my friend was an easier way. The truck costs enough as is
