Kyle you can run but you can't hide. I am chasing Kyle down for a refund payment of 120 dollars he agreed to pay me on the mini LST he had forsale. I paid him for the truck then the deal went south, at this point the truck was not shipped yet and we agreed that the funds would be refunded to me. Since then he has re-sold the truck & collected funds on it from the buyer. Ten day's has gone by now and I recieved a partial payment for 47.65 of the 120 he owes me.

That sucks but at least you're letting us know to be on the look out for stuff he might try to pull. good luck in getting your money back. if you have used a credit card then simply file a chargeback. I've seen a story where a guy did it and the item he bought was sitting in HIS living room and HE had painted it then decided he didn't like it so issued a chargeback and now the seller is getting screwed from paypal so just to show you if you use a card then getting your money back is easy as pie

i hope you get your money back bro i know what it feels to be scammed. i have before on ebay. but i did use paypal and got my money back. i hate people like that man. i mean why would people scamm people for there money that, that person worked hard for? that's just wrong man. anyways man i hope you get your money back good luck. btw thanks for the warning bro i was gunna buy that and get shipped here.

C'mon Kyle...do the right thing bro. Things like this stop people from shipping across the border to us. This garbage isn't worth the $70 you owe him.

guess what? if I wanted to disappear I could so easily but no I stuck around to give him his refund it was a paypal mix up so think what you may but his refund is on its way ,the remainder that is .
