Plus im really itching to give the new Firestorm a look over . so ya, gimme a PM and we can hook up some time. Also, it would be free of charge. I just want to help out the RC community !

hey gremlin, thanks for the offer, i might take you up on it , but trust me, the firestorm engine may not be the prettiest thing out there, but this car is incredible as a backyard basher, its also nice and cheap!! if definately suggest it even if youre just thinking about it
absolutely the greatest bang for the buck out there!!!

also, i dont think my rusted up firestorm would give you the best first impression

dont worry, i have seen dirty RCs before. my savage has almost been dirty beond recognition. im trying to stick to a tight new budget, thats why i dont own a Firestorm right now (i have about $480..?). I just got a job at Rona and i need to invest into some Grand Prix parts, insurance and gas $$$ ...But ya man, LMK whenever you want help with your truck

Ya, try cutting a groove in the screw and use a flat head...but be somewhat careful because you don't want to take too much off of the screw head or it will become weak.

It you still can't get them off, put your engine in a vice and drill into the screw with a drill-gun or dremmel like the other guy suggested. You want to try and hollow the screw out and it should come apart fairly easy.
